this guy has also broken another rule, it comes before planning to install a illuminated sign, this has not been done, planning has been refused on some of these signs, as regards Mr Moulder, there was a building there, before the war built out of corrungated tin, a Mr Mead lived in it, he was killed by enemy action at the end of the shelling, Mr Moulder built round what was there then removed the original, made the whole thing look better, was there when pulled down, great shame
