    Okay, getting back to the thread, clearly this application has breached the planning rules, whether your for or against this application(or any other application across the District) there should be some warning signs here.

    If this application is now allowed through then it makes a complete mockery of the planning rules, and realy what would be the point in splashing out hard earned dosh to put in for a planning application, when you can do it without.
