Yes there is an application. So it turns out that you do need planning permission for any temporary structure if it is on site more that 28 days, however you do not if it is there during the construction or refurbishment of something that already has permission. So there you are, I have learn't something tonight.
So, when the new pharmacy gets its permission the temporary one will already have its own. Belt and braces.
No one seems to be having a go about one car one doing the same thing, not a portakabin of course, but trading before permission is granted. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!
I have now read all the planning comments which are not very helpful and most are not valid to planning matters. Hey ho. It's been an interesting thread though hasn't it!
