    Ed - I am not a ship builder but that looks as if it will make up into an impressive model. I understand that one of the real challenges with sailing ships is in weathering the sails to make them look realistic. There is lots of help on-line for this and some Googling will bring up sites, maybe U-Tube video that will help with this.

    Anyway - my next prject I have decided will be something a lot simpler, a quick and easy build. I have decide on a smaller scale jet, An Academy 1:48 F86F Sabre. My first jet, first natural metal finish and first Academy kit. An antidote to the JU88....

    Here it is but I have obtained some different aftermarket markings for it.


    I will put some pics up when it is done in a few weeks.
