Bringing my update forward this week. Working late every evening this week and out of the office for most of tomorrow, so taking advantage of a short break to post the pics I had taken last night. Consequently not managed much time doing this since the last update, about 3 sessions and 4 hours of work, that's all. Good chance I will have a clearer run next week - fingers crossed.

So here is where we are are:

I have been working on the resin bombs, correcting flaws with filler and sanding sticks. When I next get the airbrush out I will shoot some primer and check them over again. I might have to go through this a few times to get them right.

I have painted some more internal detail including the instrument panel. Kristal Klear to represent the glass, an oil wash and some drybrushing results in this....

A view of the cockpit - the instrument panel is in place and held temporarily by some tape.

I have cut the wings from the sprue and cleaned them up. Thought I would slot them into place to get a feel for the size of this massive model. This pic is without the wingtips, the rudder and nose glass so it will end up even bigger!!!!
