Hi - please can someone who knows Jimmy Sedgwick of Bentleys Builders in Maxton ask him to contact me. He has all my contacts. I have tried a number of times to reach him and I just need to remind him that last year he promised me that the garden waste at the bottom of a garden he owns and which is leaning on and breaking my wall would be moved BY LAST JULY.

Time for a legal letter I think asking for a new fence, that should get a response.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Adverse publicity is even better than a solicitor's letter, people hate loosing prospective jobs, add a photo if you can the DE might even do an article, how the Mercury as well.
