I found this very interesting but not sure where it will lead.
I always thought David Starkey was an obnoxious and pompous big head, tonight he proved it.

The new TV series, Jamie's Dream school, with Jamie Oliver.
It an educational experiment using famous figures to teach difficult children. I have not seen it but have heard about it.

maybe they could bring back vlad the impaler to teach some of our more challenging pupils?

Howard, no need for Vlad, just bring in Jeremy Clarkson.
David Starkey told a fat kid he was fat and wouldn't come back until the head did something about discipline in the classroom - the head thought he was wrong on both points.

It is a documentary, I would not call it reality TV.

i did not see it jan, the posts so far point to taking people out of their comfort zone and putting them into the blackboard jungle.
much the same as putting jordan on a desert island, comes across as reality stuff.
