Watching the news yesterday I saw a piece about the Indian/Pakistan cricket match which apparently brought India to a standstill.
Here in dear old Blighty an Indian businessman had opened up his office so that Indians and Pakistanis could watch the game on his tv. What surprised me was that there were at least three hookahs that the audiance were puffing away on.
Do I take it that they are exempt from the no smoking laws?

Saw it last night. Had the same thought but the smoking laws only apply to places of work or places open to the public. At the time that venue was neither.
