    No it is paid.I was talking to a mate of mine today who has staff working for him.tells me the way he will go and it will be a no hr contract he cannot pay some one to be off work for 6 months to a year and lots more companys will be doing the same,again there is a company I know are going over to agents to get their workers that way will not have to out anything only the hrs that are worked.As I said this one big mad plan and will not work even big companys will find away of not paying out, MPs need to come out in the real working world and see how hard it is for themself.
