    Yes mad is the right word,now men can take a year out of work paid,this will again drive the boss to find away round it,and it can easy be done,(1) take on older men and woman. (2) more overseas workers.(And the one company will usemost take on more self -employed workers,and workers sighing up for 6months contract work ,it will cost the uk work force 1000s of jobs and companys millons of pounds if they play by the rules which they will not, this a mad lib-dem thing the sooner they are gone the better lets hope that before 2015 this is looked into again and after they find out how much it will all cost in jobs and cash they put the plan where it should go in the bin.
