(2) more overseas workers.(And the one company will usemost take on more self -employed workers,and workers sighing up for 6months contract work ,it will cost the uk work force 1000s of jobs and companys millons of pounds if they play by the rules which they will not, this a mad lib-dem thing the sooner they are gone the better lets hope that before 2015 this is looked into again and after they find out how much it will all cost in jobs and cash they put the plan where it should go in the bin.

- 29 November 2013 13:46254122No it is paid.I was talking to a mate of mine today who has staff working for him.tells me the way he will go and it will be a no hr contract he cannot pay some one to be off work for 6 months to a year and lots more companys will be doing the same,again there is a company I know are going over to agents to get their workers that way will not have to out anything only the hrs that are worked.As I said this one big mad plan and will not work even big companys will find away of not paying out, MPs need to come out in the real working world and see how hard it is for themself.

Today the subject included of maternity payments was highlighted, apparently German mums are paid 100% for 6 weeks preceeding birth and 2 months afterwards followed by 65% of salary to a maximum of 12 months past birth. Payments to fathers is currently very similar to that proposed in the UK.
Youth crime in the cities and what they refer to as job theft by East Europeans is also is also a grave concern and are causing major problems, so don't think we are alone when confronting these perceived problems. I know for a fact that Germany give you the option of 3 years maternity leave. You dont have to take it, but the option is there. I recall they get 18 months 100% wage and then down to 65 - 75 % there after. This depends on the Employer.
The Issue with Immigrants or Migrants been around for good 20 years now. Also the Wage in Germany dropped so dramatically, Its not worth for non EE people to stay there. ( thats why economically Germany is very good with their exports)
Its not a crime to move around and looking for the best option available for an working individual. English Citizen have the same Freedom too.
