  I wouldn't say that Howard. It was reported in other outlets but some people only believe the news they read if it appears in their favourite newspaper. There are far superior sources for news that give the facts and not their spin - alas the Independent wears it's political and environmental heart on it's sleeve which is one reason it's readership, like the Guardian, is nosediving.
