    If reports in the Dover Express are correct when the St. James development opens later this year vehicular access will be via Woolcomber Street and exit via Russell Street and Castle Street and Market Square meaning either a trip all round the one way system to get to the seafront or via York Street onto Townwall and along the A20 to the Docks roundabout and back.

    So much for the 'connectivity' lauded as integrating the seafront into the Town. Seems it gets worse by the minute rather than better for residents and visitors to the seafront.

    One can only trust this report is not correct or at the very least only a temporary measure!
