    How do you know that the driver and passenger were not known to each other/in a social bubble?

    Whilst I can see why one should wear a mask in an indoor/enclosed space why should one wear a mask in the open air?

    Since when was it the responsibility of local authorities to provide testing ? The government outsourced that to their chums in the private sector who then needed the military to help them out.

    Track and Trace only works if people then do as they are asked and self-isolate for the requisite time period and report any symptoms/get tested.
