They're both Bill Hankin's properties and both in a run-down state inside and out - the 2nd. one must have been taken a while ago.
Maybe he's moving out of Dover or needs the money for other purposes.
It will be good for Dover if these properties can be owned by people who care about them.

Indeed Howard, but any prospective buyer will visit the site I'm sure and see for themselves.
I would guess it would (could) be demolished and a smart set of apartments/flats built - or some other good use found.
