    Am i right in thinking that drinking in public in pencester is banned as im sick of going to catch buses to find unsavory persons sitting in these stops drinking, swearing, with dogs and generally intimidating people. Where is the police or pcso? this is a very busy area of dover i dread to think what the tourists think.
