Instead of condemning it, we should be putting our heads together to find an imaginative solution to the problem. The initiative is just what Dover needs,
let's all help in trying to improve the....er...visual aspects. Additionally to have it just sitting there all the time is not useful. When cruise ships are in port it needs to be somewhere else and when it is persisting with rain, the seafront is one place people don't go. Can we put wheels on it, Vic?
