    these are savoy cabbage rolls and very easy to make. Nice winter warmer meal to enjoy in the very cold Days ahead.
    savoy cabbage to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes in salty water.
    in that time you can prepare the mince. I usually do half and half (pork&beef)
    onions,garlic, red pepper (optional), one dry white roll, 2eggs, pepper&salt all mixed up in a bowl.
    Then take the whole leave apart from the savoy cabbage & place the mixed mince in the middle and roll it up. U can use white sawing string or there are special meat needles you can use too. Either work fine.
    Shallow fry until golden to brown color and add some off the savoy water to simmer. Which will become your gravy
    while this is on the hob you can do your potatoes. Done
