Hi Marek, they seemed to think it was the pneumonia which was still causing problems. I was given antibiotics which I had to stop taking after 3 days as they were making me very sick (I lost 6 pounds in a few days.) Thankfully I am feeling much better now and having had a lovely weekend away I am sure I have put on some of the weight I've lost with all the fabulous full English breakfasts I devoured! Incidentally wasn't offered the flu injection.

I have also joined the Meningitis and Septicemia organisation with a view to training to become one of their councillors. The reason I was feeling so down is partly due to the after effects of septicemia which I didn't realise. A lot of what I attributed to the pneumonia wasn't caused by it, I'm learning a lot!
