Yes forumites it's true but after 31 happy years in Dover my wife and I have decided to leave Dover for the hopefully sunnier climes of the isle of Jersey. My wife has taken up a new position there and as a semi retired wheeler and dealer and fulltime househusband I must follow.
It will be a wrench leaving all my good friends that I have made here but hopefully I shall keep in touch with frequent visits to ensure my tenants are not demolishing my house.
Plans are that Natascha and I join Mum at the end of May. I hope to have a little bash somewhere and will keep other forumites posted.
Marek
I think therefore I am (not a Tory supporter)

Good luck Marek - I'll miss you too but at least you'll still be writing on here. Never met you but feel I know you through these pages and your wisdom and knowledge are a real asset to Doverforum. Also love all your little quotes so hope you'll keep those up too.
All the best to you and your lovely family xx
