    It was dreadful even one of the floats lights were out also they had the barriers in the wrong place at the end of Ladywell it came to a holt for 10 minutes while they waited for stewards to move them.It was a disaster from start to finish.Most people did not know it was on about 15 people in the street.Why does Dover put themselves in the spotlight and fail.
