Peter at Smarts should be congratulated on leaving the premises in such good order, I find it infuriating that the previous tenant of Party Planners was allowed to leave the shop in the terrible state highlighted by PaulB and of course there are many more that leave eyesores behind them.
Whenever we have moved from one office to another you have to leave the premises in such a state so that the next tenant can start work immediately or you will lose your deposit and will be charged for any work or decorating that needs to be done to bring it up to spec.
Why is this allowed to happen, especially at prime sites such as Party Planners etc
