  I said tough reassessment to catch those that are swinging the lead and still claiming the benefit thus making it harder for the genuine claimant to get what they need. For some the tick box approach is not adequate, so hopefully those that are thinking of making a fraudulent claim are more likely to stop if they know this is likely to happen, the genuine claimant would understand and continue to get their benefit.
