    I do wonder quite why it should come to, "tough reassessment". Surely if somebody is getting better, this is a good thing.

    There must be something in us that automatically accepts that there is some palpable truth in every Government Policy Initiative, but sometimes 'balls' is balls.

    This particular shift from DLA to PIP is pure bean-counting. It has no basis in health improvement, it is a simple across the board cut to benefit.

    Now, if rents/rates/retail prices, the general cost of living, has gone down markedly...That might be a reason to reassess benefits and reassess the minimum wage too and much else. Better to concentrate, perhaps, on the notion that weighing this pig will ensure that it is leaner and fitter?
