    Melissa, I had the same problem and rang them in a temper. It appears you have to use the Firefox internet browser. They told me this themselves. As I had not long received my tax demand, you can imagine that I was not in the best of tempers! Their system does not accept Internet Explorer. Try Asda, they are just as good and cheaper too.
