Although this isn't Dover it is a widespread problem.
Yesterday a friend and I were coming back from Sheppey across the much publicised Sheppey bridge. There have been some horrific accidents on the bridge and as a result the speed limit has been reduced to 50mph. As we drove along at 48mph vehicles were speeding past us doing well over the speed limit but then a real idiot passed on a small motorbike. He was clad in cotton shorts and tshirt, no protective clothing. As he reached the top part of the bridge he stood up on his bike and was looking over the edge at the river whilst weaving about on the road. What an idiot!! If a car had hit him no doubt it would have been blamed. Until all motorists learn to obey speed limits and other road signs there will be accidents, speed kills but so does stupidity.
Drive safely all you out there

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

There was one on its side just below the houses on Friday morning, its roof toward the trees. Don't know if it was a different one, black or dark coloured.
