    My own , very personal view is that they should go to Woolworths & we should pull down that monsterous block along with the Charlton Centre. Wonderful sites for quality town housing schemes. Concentrate Dover's Shopping Centre between De Bradelei[new port scheme ] & Ladywell. Give the retailers that want to get out opportunities to move on & allow central Dover to develop along with out of town housing.


    Ah! I've said it no doubt attacks will come.
