    Funnily enough those that saw you said much the same thing, a lot can go wrong in five years.

    Seriously though. It is evident from what is reported here that Dover is by no means immune to the depredations common to town centres all around the country. This is just one of the down-sides to an 'ever' buoyant property market. When much money can be made/raised by merely owning property without the nuisance of letting it this is what happens.
