  Yes with what has happen in the last year the government should have a rethink on opening locl bedded hospitals again it has now been proven that the big hospitals cannot cope with the amount of the public that need to go and use them ,it would have been a great help now if all fair size towns had a beded hospital and where possible having local staff, and all training nurses get a good pay deal,we need more nurses and doctors should be well paid the money will have to be found in higher taxis etc.and Ambuiance staff to
