Try Samuel Richardson's Clarissa, or War and Peace or, if contemporary fiction's your thing, Jonathan Franzen's The Corrections. If that doesn't work, you could always read them instead.

You could try Lloyds creme from from paydens of beggs it is in a jar it does not burn or smell I have used it for years,& have a back pain quite a lot.it will cost you abou £5 - 6 but it is well worth it
