    Keith,

I don't think that there is a bus service to Ramsgate from Folkestone therefore you would have to come back to Dover to catch the 88 Dover/Ramsgate. Stop B.

The last one is at 1713 arriving Ramsgate 1830 at Leopold St.(Ramsgate Harbour). Get off the bus and cross the road to the multistorey car park and catch the Loop at 1844 which arrives at the hospital at 1906. Visiting time usually finishes at 2000.

I don't know how you intend getting back but you PCSO's can probably afford a taxi .

If not there there is a train from Ramsgate at 2022 arriving Dover 2025. To catch that you would have to leave the hospital on the Loop at 1949 arriving Ramsgate station 2005. The next Loop bus is at 2004 arriving at 2020 but that only gives you 2 minutes to catch the train and buy a ticket. That is cutting it fine.

It only gives you about half an hour with Vic. but that is probably enough

The trains after are at 2040 arriving 2150 via Canterbury taking 1 hour 10 mins
The next direct train is 2122 arriving 2155 = 33 mins

Hope that this helps and you can understand it.
