    Ian, may I join you in your fick-ness?! The restaurant is lovely and I love the view - love having me dinner with a sea view !But apparently it is priced out of the market by the seasports centre not being able to pay the rent. Which is set by the council/the DHB/the restaurant/King Neptune. Go figure......
