    My point .a lot of public funding went into that building .Some put a lot of time and effort into the project which was to continue watersports for all. The rents went up by a large amount .

    It is a fine restaurant however I campaigned for a facility for people to enjoy the water and to be able to sit and have a cheap sandwich .Youngesters who are learning to sail want a quick cheap snack .
