  the FTSE is back to the level it was when lehman bros went mammaries up some time ago.
  
  house prices continue to rise at a very slow rate, always a good sign.
  
  1 in 7 businesses that relocated abroad for cheap labour and other costs, have come back to the UK.
  
  high street spending is going through the roof.
  
  
  
  seems to me like the inponderable is happening for david and george, the dreaded "feelgood factor".
