  only a month into his tenure as town councillor the right honourable stewart dimmock is seen clutching a rather suspicious looking brown envelope.

  yes, mysel;f and howard spotted stuart being given the brown envelope, and quickly trying to blend in with the crowd,
  
  the envelope was bulky must have had a large amount in it
  was it full of fivers or fifty pound notes?????????

  i almost forgot that i did see the miscreant that handed over the brown envelope.
  
  picture quality awful in the wind, rain and gloom.

  i notice that stewart has kept quiet on this, probably with his legal team as we speak.
  
  hope it is not the same lot that slaughtered al gore all those years ago.
