Walking through the market square earlier I was greeted by the site of the fountain foaming yet again. The clowns obviously don't understand that doing this is nothing new.
If only they gave it a little thought and added some blue and red food colouring too then at least it would be foaming with patriotic colours.

Sadly this is expensive to clean out and causes damage to the delicate pipework. These idiots need public humiliating and shaming.
DDC were great in keeping the fountain, but we need the co-operation of the public to help keep it going.

That would never get past health and safety, but if they've used detergent a throwing in a bar of soap should do the trick, cheap and simple and the water will smell nice too.

Yes, we noticed the fountain foam yesterday, I thought about them using an anti foaming agent too Tom ! OR, as Ray says, a bar of soap should do the trick ?
