    I looked on internet to see what this was all about, as I didn't read the paper today, but will do so tomorrow. So far I got this information from a sumary title top page:

    "So the Dover Mercury today on their front page have finally said that ... will have to wait and see there is a very [BIG] [BUT]. Cllr Vic Matcham ... And, there's also the matter of major roadworks scheduled for March. ... "

    It seems that Vic has left everything in suspense, but that major roadworks are underway anyway in preparation of Vic's entry into Dover. But, with a very big if... if Vic doesn't change his mind!
