  firstly, no Country in the Western world has a policy of letting children die of poverty.
  Your solution, which clearly you read from the article's link in post 1, is just very sad.
  To deny child benefit and any other related benefit to third or fourth child and any other children born thereafter to the same family, would mean changing the Constitution and changing our culture.
  
  How do you expect a mother with 11 children to even contemplate working for an employer for their upkeep?
  Surely she must already be working all day simply by looking after them.
  
  In fact your comment is so sad, I ask myself if you actually meant it!
