Always the same with the first couple of days of stifling heat, motorists seem to change personality with horns sounding and tyres screeching. This is in a town where there are no traffic jams other than near the port, cannot see why people behave this way as if they are in a big city snarl up.

They get hot and bothered! The heat does get to many people which is why, after my quick trip to Tesco for my usual small shop, I've been indoors with a fan going most of the day.

any way tescos are open 24 hours,do shopping while its cooler.
