    with regard to the torch, it does hopefully mean the district getting some kind of recognition, but at what cost?

    can't recall which country it was but the qualifying rounds of the next world cup
    some country couldn't afford the millions of pounds they have to stump for a big
    F.I.F.A. DO for those in charge
    so this country has had to withdraw from the world cup because they cant afford to pay for there bash.
