The NHS without doubt has it's problems but for all it's faults i would prefer an NHS to one of private medicine where you get treatment if you have the dosh, otherwise hard luck.
we have seen in parts of America where this takes place where ambulance drivers ask first if the casualty has private medical insurance before taking them.
that's not what i want to see.
so if you feel the nurses positions are not working campaign to change it
don't just say let's dismantle the NHS which is what is wanted by some
the NHS is needed today more than ever.
fight for a better NHS
thats the way forward
