  It is high time "health services" started to recognise that they are, indeed, services with customers. Most of the private and third sector organisations are way way ahead of the game and practice proper customer care. It isn't hard: customer focus, courtesy and a bit of organisation.
  
  This is why we are edging rapidly towards differently funded health care - and the workers left clinging to the wreckage will simply continue to whinge........
