no great surprise that 7 water companies in the south east are introducing bans from early april.
the unusually dry winters have left reservoirs, aquifiers and rivers struggling.

funnily enough keith one of the head honchos of a water company was pontificating earlier about how much money they had spent on the problem.
the trouble is that it is our money and he could not give any information on how succesful his company had been.
