So are mine. I think you need to reduce the daytime sleep as much as possible that way you should be tired enough to sleep better at night.
When I needed a new bed I treated myself to an electric one which was well worth the money, depending how the aches are I can set the angle that is best for a good sleep. I often wake after two or three hours but manage to nod off again.
