Just a few other souls that were lost on streets found on internet. As stated below 'MPs have called on the government to make a commitment to end rough sleeping after the "terrible tragedy". However, people still dying and will die.

2013- A homeless man's body was spotted floating in the Channel by ferry passengers after he had jumped from the White Cliffs of Dover, an inquest heard.Daniel Beggs was seen floating lifeless around seven miles off the coast on August 13 last year before his body was recovered by the coastguard. The 42-year-old was found with multiple severe injuries that were “consistent with a fall from a significant height”, according to pathologist Dr Dominic Chambers.Toxicology reports also found that Mr Beggs had a potentially fatal level of the antidepressant Sertraline in his system. The inquest heard how Mr Beggs had been suffering from depression for a number of years and had spent 12 years in prison before his release in 2013.Mr Beggs had a history of substance misuse but on July 27, he voluntarily attended A&E at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. He said he was in a “mental crisis” and planned on killing himself, citing how he had recently been to the cliffs in Dover with the intention of throwing himself off but backed out and sought help. After leaving hospital, he damaged a car in Ashford and waited by the vehicle to be arrested by Kent Police, where – in interview – he once again reiterated his intentions to take his own life. He was seen by mental health nurses who recognised he was a “danger to himself” and was taken by police to The Lakes mental health unit in Colchester, Essex as he was registered with a GP in Clacton-on-Sea.Mr Beggs was reported to have “progressed well” at the unit and was declared fit for medical discharge on August 9.Just three days later, his body was seen floating in the ocean before it was eventually recovered the following day.The medical cause of death was listed as multiple severe injuries and senior coroner Patricia Harding recorded a verdict of suicide and described how Mr Beggs had issued a “cry for help”.Mrs Harding said: “That is further evident from the fact that on leaving the hospital he committed an offence against property and waited to be arrested.“What happened between Mr Beggs being discharged and his death is not known – he was homeless and had indicated that his intention was to move to Kent.“Although how he entered the water was unwitnessed, he suffered injuries consistent with a fall from a great height and had shown previous intention to take his own life.“Mr Beggs had a fatal level of Sertraline in his system and he had suffered from recurrent depression for some considerable time.“He had also expressed his specific intention to take his own life by jumping from the cliffs in Kent.“There is no evidence of any third party involvement.“By considering the evidence that he did intent to take his own life, I will therefore conclude that this was a suicide.”
