  all sounds distinctly dodgy, is it a block of flats for homeless people or a bail hostel, residents have the right to know?
  
  the local district councillor doesn't come out of this well, much the same as the issue over the play area.

  the residents association/forum seem to have got their act together and must be right that he backs them brian but it doesn't seem to be happening.
