  Actually Tom, if it is very good people will just want to keep it in their wine cellars so will a great carbon dioxide capturing method !!

  The best of British to them Its in a beautiful location and very good news for the local population with 30 full time jobs on offer and 200 seasonal workers to boot
  
  It will always be French champagne that takes my fancy

  One of the best wines I have ever tasted came from the Carr Taylor vineyard which is near Hastings.

  agreed jan, sampled one of those myself.
  
  we do some great wines, just a matter of building up the volume so that the prices are reasonable.
  
  bit of useless information, the romans had a vineyard as far north of hull when they were here.

  Jan and Howard, Guzzler and I had the pleasure of visiting the Carr Taylor vineyard about 25 years ago, smashing day out as we did several vineyards with wine tasting, Carr Taylor was the last one to visit, and O.M.G. what a place the fizz was out of this world, watched from start to finish the whole production line, the only down bit to the day was the cream tea after, it was superb but fizz,jam and cream really do not mix.
  A dog is just not for christmas save some for boxing day

  That was also about the time we found the Carr Taylor vineyard purely by mistake while driving down country lanes.
