    Was sitting in the garden a few minutes ago reading a book when my ears were assailed by screaming/singing that was completely manic.

    I went to the front door and saw 4 girls about the age of 14 going past continuing the racket completely oblivious to people looking at them.

    They were obviously high on something and my thoughts were that the parents should be very concerned if they come home in that state.
