  The Dutch who appear to have become more radical and right wing since the EU banned smoking in public places which greatly affected their cannabis cafes are on a collision course with the EU over a threat to deport Poles and other Eastern Europeans who cannot find work.They also want to stop state benefits if they don't speak Dutch.
  
  Brussels fears that other countries experiencing an influx of jobseekers from member states might be tempted to copy the Netherlands' threat, even though such a move would breach EU laws Holland has about 200,000 migrant workers from Eastern Europe. but a million-plus have come to Britain since Eastern European accession to the EU in 2004.
  
  Other EU countries are flaunting regulations at will and so far have only faced reprimands, a slap on the wrist. this country however has followed the rules to the letter.
