we're a cynical lot on here, mind you not as much as the residents rising up against the plan. some lovely reasons given for the objection but i suspect property values is more what it is about.

They have a short memory as they had a fully blown nut-house in the village (excuse the term!) just a few years ago

Eastry Hospital was indeed such a place Brian. "Dazed" people could often be seen wandering around the village.

I spent a bit of time in there,and the Five Bells in my youth,5 bells was always the village locals pub as the village copper used to drink in there.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!
